For most customers, this video represents their introduction to the eBilling platform. I identified that during this starting point in their journey to paperless billing, customers need only the broadest overview of the service. From a substantial list of features we carved out a lean 90 second script. With words in place, I set out to create a bold and energetic video. Generating as much excitement as possible for an act of administration.
